This weekend, from July 3 to 4, the team from the Clínica Rinològica Maria Colomé will be present at the Andorra Multisport Festival, a festival of endurance and adventure sports.

The closing of this sports festival will be the Ironman, a race where triathletes from all over the world are summoned to show their skills and enjoy this incomparable natural environment.

Thanks to the Andorra Health Destination (https://healthdestination.ad), an organization for the promotion of health and well-being in Andorra, this Saturday and Sunday we are in the Village, located in the Central Park of Andorra la Vieja, offering professional and amateur athletes —and all those interested in enjoying a better quality of life— information and guidelines to prevent and improve nasal health.

Dr. Maria Colomé, who has been attending the Andorran Surgical Medical Center for more than a year, wants to highlight in this sporting event how important it is to attend to nasal health, in people who perform a regular sports practice and, especially , in those athletes who practice endurance sports.

To become aware of the importance of nasal and breathing health to improve performance and prevent functional pathologies, Dr. Colomé’s team – with Montse Gros, coordinator of the Rhinological Clinic, in charge – in addition to informing about the importance of the nasal check we will offer the opportunity to participate in a contest.

Aquest cap de setmana, del 3 i 4 de juliol, l’equip de la Clínica Rinològica Maria Colomé ens fem presents a l’Andorra Multisport Festival, festival d’esports de resistència i aventura. 

La cloenda d’aquest festival esportiu és l’Ironman, una cursa on triatletes de tot el món són convocats per mostrar les seves habilitats i gaudir d’aquest entorn natural incomparable. 

Gràcies a l’Andorra Health Destination, organització pel foment de la salut i el benestar a Andorra, dissabte i diumenge serem al Village, situat al Parc Central d’Andorra la Vella, oferint a esportistes professionals i amateurs —i a totes aquelles persones interessades a gaudir d’una millor qualitat de vida— informació i pautes per prevenir i millorar la seva salut nasal.

La Dra. Maria Colomé, qui atén des de fa més d’un any al Centre Mèdic Quirúrgic d’Andorra, vol posar en relleu en aquest esdeveniment esportiu com n’és d’important atendre la salut nasal, en les persones que fan pràctica esportiva regular i, especialment, en aquells esportistes que practiquen esports de resistència.

Per fer prendre consciència de la importància de la salut nasal i la respiració per millorar el rendiment i prevenir patologies funcionals, l’equip de la Dra. Colomé —amb la Montse Gros, coordinadora de la Clínica Rinològica, al capdavant— a més d’informar sobre la importància de la revisió nasal oferirem l’oportunitat de participar en un concurs.
